Privacy policy

This page explains what data Olympian Themes collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form or the Submit your tool form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, message and, for tool submissions, the tool’s name and address. We also keep basic technical logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) needed to run and secure the site, and anonymous audience statistics.

Why we use it

Form data is used only to answer your message or review your submission. It is not sold, rented or passed to advertisers. Technical logs are used for security and to fix problems; statistics help us see which pages are useful.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle them and at most three years after our last exchange. Technical logs are kept for a limited period, then deleted.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies needed for it to work and to measure audience anonymously. It does not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the data you sent us, or object to its use, through the contact form. We answer within one month. If you are in the European Union, you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
